This 1960’s house nestled in the charming town of Niwot, Colorado was missing cozy, warm living room vibes. The old mason fireplace was old, unused and did not create a sense of invitation nor warmth. Our clients wanted to reinvent the space while maintaining a modern and sleek design. We decided to go with the Heat & Glo Cosmo 42 with the driftwood log option. The Mantle was created in our shop with a locally milled piece of Siberian elm and finished with a Waterlox Finish.
