Sunshine Interior Remodel

We turned this dated 1970 mountain home into a stunning and comfortable house. From the natural plaster finishes to the custom cabinets we built, we had the opportunity to go all in on transforming this space. All of the wood you see is finished with Rubio Monocoat, a plant based, 0 VOC wood finish. Underneath the Cali Bamboo floors is a heated hydronic floor. This stunning home has a solar thermal hydronic system – meaning there’s a solar heat exchanger on the roof. The sun heats the water and the water heats the house. Solar power at it’s finest.
