The Grape Street House Project

This original 1980s ranch was a full-home remodel from our team here at Tectonic. This beautiful house is located in coveted Old North Boulder and lives on a large, private lot next to the Community Gardens, North Boulder Rec Center, and is just a short stroll to Whole Foods and Ideal Plaza. We missed no details in this mid-century modern design home remodel. Scroll through our featured photos and read more about home details below.

We focused on highlighting the gourmet kitchen. Some of its features include handmade Italian ceramic tiles, farmhouse sink, six-burner range, butcherblock shelves with inlay lighting, pot filler, subway tile backsplash, and a walk-in pantry.

Our favorite feature is the south-facing nano-wall which created the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor space. This home also offers an oversized two-car garage with tall ceilings and 6 kilowatts of PV solar.

Other features in the home:

  • Mudroom w/ custom cabinets, butcher block shelving and seating

  • Laundry room w/ custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, butcher block seating

  • Bathrooms: custom tile, modern lighting, granite countertops

  • Living room: features a 10’ nano-wall (outswing folding doors) creating a wonderful blend of indoor / outdoor space

  • Custom patio w/ modern gazebo
