The Roundish Basement Project

Built circa 1988, this dark and cramped basement needed some love — and our team at Tectonic Design + Build had plenty to give! By gutting the area down to its concrete foundation, we created a blank canvas to work with, then transformed it into a bright and open remodel. The basement now serves as a beautiful, functional living space, giving our client more room to relax and entertain.
