Boulder Design-Build Team

Building sustainable, family-centered homes

Sometimes the most meaningful journeys begin with a single question — what if there was a better way?

For Dylan, that question led to a 20-hour drive to Calgary for an intensive permaculture course, where he discovered principles that would transform how we approach building. Dylan learned that true sustainability comes from understanding how natural systems work in harmony, not in isolation.

As a builder passionate about environmental stewardship, he saw the disconnect between traditional construction methods and the interconnected wisdom of nature.

That's why we developed the Integrated Vision System, bringing design and construction under one roof to create homes that work with natural patterns, not against them. Dylan feels incredibly proud to have created an approach that combines permaculture principles with Passive House standards to deliver spaces for our clients that perform as beautifully as they look.
