Transforming a 70s Ranch Bathroom: In this ranch-style home, we brought modernization to the forefront. Our clients had unique concerns, with a primary focus on addressing mold issues and creating a shared space for adults and their young son. We catered to both His and Hers designs, crafting a luxurious, mid-mod, purple-hued retreat with brass finishes for her, and a fun, sophisticated play area with blue handmade tiles for him, ensuring a bathroom that appeals to all.

Total Bathroom Transformation: We embarked on a complete overhaul of both bathrooms, addressing mold issues and adding an expanded vanity to the primary. What made this project unique was that the client lived through the remodel. Our dedicated Tectonic carpentry team went the extra mile, meticulously prepping and protecting the living spaces to minimize dust and dirt. Sustainability was also a priority as we donated materials to Resource.
