The Design
The design process focused on transforming a dated southwest exterior into a contemporary masterpiece by pairing clean lines and a light palette with bold black accents. Stone, stucco, and wood were thoughtfully integrated to add depth and texture.
The Build
The build process involved a complete exterior overhaul, including a new roof, siding, stone, stucco, and pergola. Windows, doors, and decks were rebuilt, and the angular atrium was reshaped with a flat roof to harmonize with the home’s design.
